成澤由浩 Yoshihiro Narisawa

Born on April 11th, 1969

Studied cuisine in France, Switzerland and Italy.
Returned to Japan at 26 years old and started his first restaurant, La Napoule.

Opened in November 2003 in Tokyo’s famed Minami Aoyama District “Les Créations de Narisawa”, visited by guests from all around the world and where is presented a distinctive cuisine that tells a story about the seasons of Japan.
